Shipping & Returns
- Ready-to-ship pieces are shipped from our Vancouver studio within 3-5 business days.
- Made-to-order clothing and accessories can take between 1-4 weeks for production prior to shipping (please refer to the production timelines on individual product pages).
- Shipping estimates are in addition to the made-to-order production timelines.
- Need your order by a specific date? Please email hello@abronzeage.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional rush order or shipping fees may apply. We encourage customers with specific timelines to contact us prior to placing an order so we can best assist you.
- During sale periods, orders may take slightly longer to ship. We appreciate your patience as our small team works to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way
- Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Please note that incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in a parcel being returned or abandoned. Any associated fees or loss of package is the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your order is picked up by our couriers, your package becomes the responsibility of the chosen shipping carrier. A Bronze Age is legally not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- All orders are shipped with Canada Post or UPS depending on destination and service selected.
- Free shipping on all orders over $400 (not available during sale periods)

- All orders ship from our studio in Vancouver, Canada
- Standard shipping (3-7 business days) - $15 CAD
- Express 2-day shipping - $32 CAD

- Standard shipping (5-9 business days) - $20 USD
- Express 2-day shipping - $35 USD
- Duties/ fees are covered on orders over $200 USD
- A Bronze Age is not responsible for any applicable fees on orders under $200 USD
- Orders will be shipped with Canada Post or UPS
- Standard International (6-10 days) - $35
- Express International Shipping (All countries outside of US/CA) - $58 CAD
- International orders may be subject to additional customs/ duties charges, depending on the country you reside. A Bronze Age is not responsible for these charges.
- We offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced clothing pieces only. Store credit does not expire.
- We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- To request a return, please email hello@abronzeage.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If your order is eligible for an exchange or store credit, we will provide a return label but please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return
- If you choose to return for a store credit, any shipping costs will be deducted from your credit
- Returned items must be unworn and in saleable condition with the tags attached. A Bronze Age has the right to deny any items that do not meet these conditions.
- One exchange per order/ invoice is permitted
- Once received at our studio and approved for return, your store credit or exchange will be issued within 7 days (please bear in mind if you are exchanging for something that needs to be made by our team, the standard production + shipping timelines will apply)
- We do not accept returns on items purchased through any of our retailers, we kindly ask that you contact the retailer directly
- All custom orders are final sale
- All accessories including hats, scarves, belts, hair and handbags are final sale.
- We cannot retroactively apply discounts to orders already placed and do not provide price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale
- All discounted and sale items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for a return or exchange
- We offer exchange or store credit on full-priced clothing only
